JONO exclusively introduced MVT technology into China. MVT not only designed and built biological drying and composting systems, but also produced almost all equipment used for biological drying and composting. In Europe, MVT has built hundreds of biological drying facilities and renovated many poorly functioning factories.
MVT biological treatment technology is to transport fresh air to the biological bin for uniform oxygen supply and keep the temperature in a range which is suitable for microorganisms. Through continuous monitoring and controlling of temperature and humidity, the degradation process of organic matter (aerobic biological stabilization) in various waste can be accelerated, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the moisture content of materials.
Moisture content can be reduced from 50-60% to 25-30% after 7-12 days aerobic treatment.
